​Just like anyone who stumbles into the holistic world, I have my own story of physical and emotional struggles. These went on for years with no relief from our modern medical practices, despite knowledgeable and well-meaning physicians helping me. With a deep desire for healing and a thirst for knowledge, down all the rabbit-holes I went. What started as a difficult journey to regain my life, turned into a beautiful quest to more fully understand how the body, mind, and soul work together to create health and vitality. Professionally, I hold a National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, am a certified Intrinsic Solutions Coach, and a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in good standing with the Nutritional Therapy Association. I have ten years experience in the field of functional nutrition, four of which have been in a clinical setting.  Throughout my professional career I have had the privilege to work with a team of physicians who focus on root-cause approach to medicine and healing, and have learned so much from them. I have received training in many medical modalities and testing practices and consult with both adults and pediatrics with more difficult cases. I have experience with clients dealing with mold toxicity, addiction, psychiatric disorders, PANS/PANDAS, Lyme Disease, auto-immune disorders, thyroid issues, female hormone imbalances, developmental delays, and more. I believe the most optimal path to healing is to ensure we are addressing the human body as a whole. I look forward to the opportunity to walk with you in your own health journey.
